The Bar Review Quality Programs are taught using the active teaching style combining high profile teaching techniques involving simulated practice tests, checkpoint quizzes, mnemonics, roadmaps frequency stars examples and hypothetical to keep you totally up to date and continually assisting in memory retention up and until you take the bar exam . The Lecturers and staff are highly respected professionals with a combined experience of over 75 years who have extensive experience as practicing attorneys at prominent Wall Street and New York Law Firms and have lectured at leading American Universities and Law Schools inter alia Columbia, Georgetown, Pennsylvania some of our lecturers have also been Associate Deans and have received Teacher of the Year awards. Members of our facility have also practiced as Wall Street Attorneys with the New York 'white shoe' firm Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP, which is one of the world's most prominent law firms and New York's oldest with over 200 years of history. The firm has long-standing relationships with many of the world's premier financial institutions, Fortune 1000 companies and other leading corporations, government entities, charitable and health care organizations, and high net worth private clients.

Faculty Profiles are:

Mr. Jeffrey Ourvan who has practiced law in high profile law firms such as Kramer Levin and Greenberg Taurig as a Senior Litigator including working for the United State Court of International Trade including been a speechwriter for New York Democratic party candidates.

Ms Jane Aiken, is a professor at Law at Georgetown, Professor Aiken is well known for her work in clinical legal education and evidence and has extensive experience in preparing students for the bar exam.

Mr. Marke Barenberg is a Professor of Law at Columbia University, where he is a distinguished teacher and scholar in constitution law. He has twice received the 'Teacher of the Year award'.

Mr. R. Michael Fischl an Associate Dean and Professor of Law at the University of Connecticut, where he teaches Contracts, among other subjects. He has 25 years experience in the law school classroom and many years lecturing on Contracts for students preparing for the bar exam.

Joseph E. Kennedy an Assistant Professor of Law at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, where he teaches Criminal Law and Criminal Justice Policy. Recognized as an outstanding teacher and scholar by his students and fellow faculty, he also served as Associate Dean for Academic Affairs.

Mr. Kermit Roosevelt expertise in Conflicts of Law; Mr. Larry Levin has helped thousands of students prepare for the bar in his many years as a bar review lecturer. He teaches Torts in both law school and bar review classrooms, the former at the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law for over 20 years, where he as recognized as a Teacher of the Year in 2002 and 2005.

Rob Williams Jr is the E. Thomas Sullivan Professor of Law and American Indian Studies and Director of the Indigenous Peoples Law and Policy Program at the University of Arizona Rogers College of Law in Tucson.

Professor Williams has extensive experience teaching Property and preparing students for the bar exam.

Ms. O'Brien is also the president of Attorney Placements International, an international legal search, recruitment and consultancy firm renowned for delivering its high profile international clients with merger and acquisition, entire practice groups, partners and associates lateral opportunities. As an Australian Solicitor and Barrister of the New South Wales Supreme Court, having practiced in New York, London & Australia she has a firm understanding of what it takes to make the transition from a foreign jurisdiction to US law. Every candidate has access to her expertise, contacts and counsel when making important decisions regarding their legal career.

She has actively participated in major bankruptcy cases in the US such as Adelphia Business Solutions Inc., Pinnacle Towers III Inc., Casual Male Inc., Lodgian Inc., Winstar Communications Inc., Enron, MidAmerican Energy Holdings a unit of Berkshire Hathaway purchase of an energy entity of Williams Companies and was seconded to London to work on the Barings Bank matter.

Ms. O'Brien previously practiced in Australia and London in a wide sphere including commercial and commercial litigation, corporate, real estate, banking and tax law.

She is also a member of the Committee for Legal Education and Admission to the Bar of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
